Geoff's artwork is extremely energetic and colorful and presented in LARGE format. "The more recent paintings are a stew; made up of cartoon ideas and logic, filled with life and personification, Los Angeles illusions and images, the connection between color and emotion, and heavy doses of the Male Gaze and remnants from early video games, with no subtle emotions. Its combination makes for a "Happypop" feel I like and wish to add more of in future paintings." !!! Wow - that basically says it all!
Geoff's artwork has been shown since 1993 starting at the Spring Cerro Coso Annual Student exhibit; Cerro Coso was his basic showplace until 1995. Since then other shows have included the CSU LA COMA gallery group show, Claremont Graduate University student show, Claremont City Hall Group show, Claremont Graduate University MFA show and Arena 1 Gallery in Santa Monica
