The Maturango Museum houses collections on local history, paleontology, archaeology and ethnography, botany, and zoology. Included are an extensive collection of historical photographs and documents, a map collection, an herbarium, and a research library.
The Museum is also an archaeological repository for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
These materials are available for research to qualified researchers. Interested researchers should contact the appropriate curator for their topic.
